Since our founding in 1991 by Chairman and CEO Neil D. Freeman, and through ever changing economic climates, we have arranged or directly funded over $4 billion to our commercial real estate owner and developer clients nationwide.
Unlike many of our competitors, we successfully continued this tradition in recent years by closing multiple deals for all commercial property types, including multifamily/apartment, hotel, office, industrial and retail properties. Example transactions include the $82 million financing of two Florida hotels, the $57 million refinance of three Gulf Coast hotels in just 32 days, a $45.3 million refinance of a class B Chicago office building with a hotel as its major tenant, the $26.5 CMBS loan for Chicago’s mixed-use Green Exchange, an $8.4 million non-recourse bridge loan for an Oklahoma skilled nursing facility, and a $2.3 million non-recourse, fixed-rate loan on a 40-unit multifamily property in a tertiary market.

We also have correspondent relationships with a number of small balance lenders nationwide, so we can offer multifamily owners and developers competitive rates and fees for amounts as low as $750,000.
