Aries Capital has closed financing deals on several hotels recently, including new construction financing for two Texas Microtel Inns, as well as the swift arrangement of CMBS financing for several Gulf Coast hotels owned and operated by Innisfree Hotels:

• HotelNewsNow.com lists Aries on their Active Lenders list in the Hotel Investment Barometer, thanks to the successful closing of the Microtel Inn new construction deal with Longhorn Lodging Partners.
