Aries Capital has arranged a $31.5 million five-year, floating rate loan on behalf of Accesso Partners, LLC to refinance Riverwalk Phase II located at 2100 E. Lake Cook Road in Buffalo Grove, Illinois. The Class A 258,995 square foot office building serves as the corporate headquarters for majority tenant CVS Caremark.
Paul Gaines, Accesso Partner’s managing director of debt capital, selected Aries Capital. “I’ve known and worked with Aries and Neil Freeman for many years. I knew the team would not only close the loan within the time constraints, but would also secure the most advantageous terms available. Aries Capital performed,” said Gaines.
Riverwalk Phase II is a Class A office building located within Chicago’s North suburban submarket and is currently 75% occupied with anchor tenants including CVS Caremark and PrimeSource Healthcare. The 12-story property located within immediate proximity of Interstates 94 and 294, between Chicago and Milwaukee, has a fitness center, conference room, deli and is surrounded by retail, lodging, entertainment and dining amenities, including a full-service Westin Hotel and Conference Center across the street.
