Brandon Perdeck is Director of Capital Markets on Aries Capital’s National Originations & Business Development Team. He is responsible for sourcing equity (JV, Preferred) and debt capital (construction, permanent, bridge, mezzanine) for assets nationwide. Brandon has been involved in over $385,000,000 in transactions across industrial, hospitality, retail, multifamily, student housing, and storage assets. Brandon is also responsible for developing new capital source relationships, as well as evaluating new investment opportunities for the firm.

Brandon Perdeck also leads the Aries Private Equity Group’s capital markets activities and is primarily responsible for sourcing and structuring financing for the firm’s investment activities.  

Prior to joining Aries Capital in 2016, Perdeck was employed as a financial analyst with Hart Advisory Group, a Miami, Florida-based real estate advisory firm concentrated in CMBS restructuring work. Prior thereto, he served as a financial analyst with Vaupen Financial Advisors, a boutique investment banking firm, which specializes in middle market corporate M&A and restructuring work

A graduate of the University of Florida, Perdeck received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and his Master of Science degree in Real Estate from its Hough Graduate School of Business. He remains active in the university’s Kelley A. Bergstrom Real Estate Center and is a member of Chicago’s Real Estate Investment Association (REIA), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Self Storage Association (SSA).
