Steve Adams is Assistant Vice President for the firm’s National Originations & Business Development team.  Based in the Chicago office, Steve originates, underwrites and packages client transactions; assists with asset management of the principal’s properties; establishes new capital source relationships and evaluates new investment opportunities. 

Prior to joining Aries, Steve served as Portfolio Manager for Chicago-based Continuum Capital Funding. He is a graduate of the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and is a member of Chicago’s Real Estate Investment Association (REIA).
